EY RIPPLES SUPPORT TO DIGNITY DESIGNED

The EY Ripples program is a global corporate responsibility initiative by Ernst & Young (EY), one of the world's leading professional services firms. The program focuses on creating long-term, sustainable growth for communities around the world by leveraging EY's skills, knowledge, and resources to make a positive impact on society. The initiative aims to address some of the most pressing global challenges, including education, employment, and environmental sustainability.

EY Ripples works by engaging EY employees, clients, and alumni in volunteer activities, mentorship programs, and pro bono services, targeting three key areas: supporting the next generation workforce, accelerating the growth of impact entrepreneurs, and driving environmental sustainability. By fostering collaboration and harnessing the power of their global network, EY Ripples seeks to create a ripple effect of positive change that extends beyond the immediate beneficiaries of their efforts, empowering individuals and communities to thrive in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

The EY-Nottingham Spirk Innovation Hub helps companies move from abstract conversation and solutioning to specific, highly-tailored experiences which unlock the power of new technologies and capabilities in very pragmatic ways for its clients. Through EY's engagement with Nottingham Spirk, the EY team was motivated to assist the Dignity Designed team in moving the social enterprises to the next level, and is committed to support business development, financial modelling and fundraising support, to bring the Dignity shelter to the market place, to help in the fight to combat homelessness in the US, the MENA region and Africa.
